JahaEstate (Private) Limited works from Satellite Town, Quetta. We started because buying or building property in Balochistan was harder than it needed to be: listings were scattered across word of mouth and social media, papers were rarely checked before money changed hands, and people living outside Quetta had no one reliable on the ground.

So we do the parts that usually go wrong. We find property that matches what you can spend, check ownership and approvals before you pay, put every agreement in writing, and stay involved until the transfer or handover is done.
